Colours: Me A really quick colouring this time (around 20-30 minutes I think). I slapped these colours on while watching Tales of the Black Freighter (which was fantastic btw). I know it seems a weird combination. Colouring an image of a monkey being held aloft by balloons while watching a short movie about a man that makes a raft out of corpses and beats his wife to death. But it just felt right at the time. I'm not sure what that says about me. Question: Why is George referred to as a monkey in both the books and movie (the tagline for which was "Show me the Monkey"), when he is quite obviously a chimp? (Which as far as I know is an ape not a monkey). I got these lines from a great source of lineart for all budding colourists [link] |
